Lesson Plans -- A Tool to help

Lesson plans make sure that the gym has cohesiveness and operates as a quality control. It also helps you focus on your engagement and less on your ideas. But, it's important to deviate from the plans to best meet the needs of each class and each child. So, if you try to be on plans 90%...you're rocking it!
The key is that you're doing DIFFERENT activities every month....not the same thing over and over. Even if that same thing is productive....it gets boring....and then kids want to leave.
And, realize, you'll sometimes need to restructure the activities to best fit your group...and possibly even reduce how many activities you do with a group. This is all good.
