Build Rapport

Rapport is when you have a positive relationship based on understanding and good communication. It's your responsibility to work on developing this with kids and their families, and you do this by interacting and talking with them.

ESSENTIALS:

• 5 minutes before class ... chat up the kids: welcome them, ask them about their day, joke with them, etc.

• 5 minutes after class ... chat up the families: talk about class, progress, goals, etc.

Remember, we pay you for this time because it's SUPER important!
