USAG Xcel
Our USAG Xcel program is a dedicated recreational competition program. While girls may be involved in other activities, our gymnastics team is a top priority. This program focuses on individual strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

These teams compete in about 5 invitational competitions each season, trying to earn the qualifying score necessary for the State Competition in March/April. At State, if the earn the qualifying score, Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamond gymnasts can compete in the Regionals meet in April/May against gymnasts from Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
USAG Xcel Silver

USAG XS is our introductory competitive level for the USAG Xcel Program. The skills of this level are comparable to USAG L2-4. They train about 9 hours per week (~ 3 days at 3 hours each day).
USAG Xcel Gold
​
USAG XG is the next competitive level for the program. The skills of this level range from USAG L4-L6. They train about 10-11 hours per week (on average, 3-4 days at about 3 hours each day).
USAG Xcel Platinum
USAG XP focuses on skills similar to Level 5-7. These gymnasts train about 3-4 days per week at 3-4 hours each day.
USAG Xcel Diamond

USAG XD focuses on skills comparable to L6-8. These gymnasts train about 4 days at about 4 hours each day.
