Training to Compete

Training to Compete is an invite-only program for preK-5th grade kids.  There are 3 levels, each with increased time in the gym as we slowly prepare them to join the competitive team group.   

 

The program focuses on strength, technique, and flexibility, which will later translate into the skills needed for competition.  The question "what did you learn?" is not as important as "how much have you grown?"

 

This is a year-round training program (of course, taking vacations is very welcomed!).

Training to Compete 1

 

This is our introductory TC level.  Practices are twice a week for 1.5 hours each.

Training to Compete 2

 

This is our next TC level.  Practices are twice a week for 2 hours each.

Training to Compete 3

 

This is our final TC level.  Practices are 2-3 times a week for 2-2.5 hours each.
