Think about what your kids are struggling with in class and be a problem solver for them. Don't focus on what they're doing wrong or can't do; focus on what they CAN do to and help them conquer their goals.

Rapport is when you have a positive relationship based on understanding and good communication. It's your responsibility to work on developing this with kids and their families, and you do this by interacting and talking with them.
