Face Your Kids!

You should always be able to see your kids. Make sure you arrange your spotting stations (and your kids on those stations) so that you can still see your group.

This seems like it should be obvious, but all of us will find ourselves with our backs to our kids sometimes. Be conscious of it and fix it as often as you can!
