Adult Gymnastics

Adults wanting to train, whether newbies or returning to the sport, will direct their own training with support from the coaching staff.

Adult Circus Arts

Adults wanting to train, whether newbies or returning to the sport, will direct their own training with support from the coaching staff.

Competitive Gymnastics

Adult gymnasts can compete in fun competitions under the AAU league. Coaches will help determine the best level and skills needed to compete.

Seniors

Providing a space with dynamic surfaces, our senior classes are intended to help increase and maintain mobility, balance, and strength.

High School Adults

High schoolers, ages 18+, can attend the adult classes but must abide by the requirements of that class. Before the age of 18, high schoolers can attend the high school gymnastics class.

AAU MEMBERSHIP & PROOF OF INSURANCE

After registration, before participation, all adults must:

obtain an AAU Membership and show provide that membership card
show proof of insurance
